What Closeline is

A SaaS tool that helps freelancers draft cover letters and HTML proposal pages for Upwork jobs. We provide the software. You provide the judgment. We do not bid on jobs for you, message clients, or interact with Upwork's platform in any automated way.

Account and trial

You get a trial month at $1,800. After the trial, Closeline costs $2,400/month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no email, no retention call, no friction. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

After a paid month begins, we don't issue prorated refunds — you had a full month to use the system. Exception: if Closeline is materially broken for more than 48 hours in a billing cycle, email us and we'll refund or extend.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Closeline to violate Upwork's ToS — no automated bidding, no scraping, no using Closeline output verbatim across hundreds of proposals
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label Closeline without written permission
• Reverse-engineer the product or scrape our pages
• Use the product for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this section. We'll email you first if it's ambiguous.

Your content, our code

Drafts you create inside Closeline belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your proposals, your strategy, or anything you write. You can export everything as a Claude Code-ready bundle anytime.

The Closeline software, brand, UI, copy, and underlying code belong to themeknock. You get a license to use it while your subscription is active.

No guarantees

Closeline helps you write proposals faster and better. It does not guarantee you'll win contracts. Whether a client hires you depends on your skills, portfolio, rate, timing, and a hundred other things outside our control. We make no claims about your earnings.

The software is provided "as is." AI-generated content should always be reviewed before you send it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, themeknock's liability for any claim related to Closeline is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for lost contracts, lost income, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll email active subscribers 14 days before they take effect.
