For operators · not template-recyclers

Your private Upwork operations OS.

Closeline runs a five-agent neuro-strategy council on every job post, ships a custom HTML proposal page tuned to that one buyer, and won't let a draft go out until the quality scorer clears it.

Private beta · opening to 10 operators

Your CRM is mostly built — you just need someone to ship what's broken. 1. Stripe webhook → seat sync, idempotency keys 2. Supabase RLS lock on tenant_id, leak-test seeded 3. PDF generator via @react-pdf/renderer + signed URLs $6,500 fixed. — Talha, themeknock.net. 87% win probability.
Seven live production builds

Dr. Bryant Medical (patient portal · Twilio OTP · Stripe). RentCore (rental ops platform). RepuShield (GBP reputation SaaS). SignalForge (multi-brain trading intelligence). Plus Closeline, themeknock.net, ThemeKnock Studio.

§ 01 — The problem

The proposal layer is broken.

Generic templates get pasted across 40 jobs a day. AI drafts get flagged or read like a wall of text. The race-to-bottom drags every freelancer toward $15/hr.

You're earning six figures — but your close rate is shrinking, your buyers can't tell you apart from the next applicant, and every “AI-detection-proof” tool still sounds like an LLM trying to sound human. The output looks busy. The pipeline looks dead. The math stops working.

§ 02 — Mechanism

Five agents argue over your draft before the scorer ever sees it.

Each agent has one job. They run in parallel on every JD, lock the strategy, then route the draft through hard-coded validators. If specifics-density drops below 9 per 100 words, or a single banned word slips in, the draft doesn't ship — it re-writes.

  • 01

    Buyer Psychology

Reads the JD for power posture, hidden fears, and decision triggers. Picks the hook archetype.

  • 02

    Specifics-Density Scorer

Counts named brands, methods, numbers tied to the buyer's problem. Blocks below 9 per 100 words.

  • 03

    AI-Fingerprint Scrubber

Catches 30+ LLM-tell patterns — corporate fluff, soft-adverb openers, tricolons, semicolons, closer pleasantries.

  • 04

    Bookend Validator

First sentence must mirror the buyer's noun in 10–22 words. Sign-off byte-exact. No exceptions.

  • 05

    Fact Guard

Regex + Flash cross-check against the verified-facts whitelist. If a claim isn't in there, the draft can't make it.

§ 03 — What ships

Three artifacts per job. Each one engineered.

Artifact I

Cover letter, scored 0–100

Operator-grade prose with the right opening hook, the right pricing frame, the byte-exact sign-off. Auto-refines once if any scorer fails. Blocks if it still fails.

Artifact II

Custom HTML proposal page

Not a Google Doc. Not a PDF template. A real HTML page tuned to that buyer — their stack, their pain, their decision trigger. The link goes in the proposal.

Artifact III

Typed memory + reply scoring

Every reply gets scored 0–100 on close-probability. Tone, pricing frames, hook archetypes that worked get locked into typed memory for the next draft.

Running on Talha's own pipeline

I built Closeline for myself first. It scores my replies. It blocks my drafts.

Every proposal exports as a Claude Code-ready bundle. Your data, your repo, day one. Cancel anytime, you keep everything Closeline wrote.

The stack you can audit on a call
  • · Anthropic Sonnet 4.5
  • · Next.js 16
  • · Cloudflare Workers + D1

§ 05 — Questions

What you're probably wondering.

Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
No. Five agents argue per JD — buyer psychology, archetype routing, specifics-density, fingerprint scrubber, fact guard. Built on Sonnet 4.5, running in production since May 2026.
Will it sound like AI?
Hard-coded fingerprint scrubber. ≥9 specifics per 100 words. Em-dash cadence preserved. Contractions mandatory. 60+ banned tokens. Refines once if it fails. Blocks if it still fails.
Will it fabricate claims?
Fact guard regex-blocks every fake metric, star rating, or invented client before the LLM ever runs. If a claim isn't in the verified-facts whitelist, the draft can't make it.
Why is $1,800 the right price?
One Upwork deal you'd otherwise lose pays for several months. The math only fails if you're at the wrong end of the freelancer market — and if you are, this isn't the tool for you.
Where can I see your work?
/work has seven live production builds — Dr. Bryant Medical (patient portal · Twilio OTP · Stripe · D1), RentCore (rental ops platform), RepuShield (GBP reputation SaaS), SignalForge (multi-brain trading intelligence), Closeline, themeknock.net, ThemeKnock Studio. Click any one and use it right now.
Is this against Upwork's ToS?
No. Closeline drafts; you review and submit. It does not log into Upwork, scrape their site, or interact with their platform in any automated way.
A note

I built Closeline for my own pipeline first. I was tired of writing the same bad cover letter 40 times a week, watching $5K invites go to whoever replied with the cleanest 90 seconds of prose.

The system I built scores my replies, blocks my drafts when I get lazy, and locks what works into memory for the next one. It's the first operator-grade Upwork tool I've ever wanted to use. Now I'm opening it to ten operators in my lane.

§ 06 — Request access

Closeline is opening to ten operators.

First trial cohort starts when ten operators are locked in. I'll email you with the call link, not a marketing sequence.

No marketing sequence. One email when the first cohort opens.
